Colour Therapy Chromotherapy has been used as part of medical practice for centuries. Colour significantly impacts and influences our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Colours have a resonance with the body's energy centres- the chakras. Our personal colour choices can speak volumes, as those which we prefer or avoid can indicate where our energy is out of balance.
