I provide soul purpose coaching, incorporating trance, past life regression, sound and energy healing methods from our therapy centre in Brightlingsea.
I am GHSC accredited to the national standard in clinical hypnotherapy practice and have enjoyed working as a practitioner for 15 years. I am passionate about the many ways in which hypnotherapy and trance methods can be incorporated into therapeutic practice to enable deeper levels of understanding about ourselves and how we work. My training includes NLP coaching, past life regression, reiki and sound therapy
I aim to maintain a spiritual outlook throughout each day and am always open to new ways of perceiving the world. I originally studied as a musician and have a particular interest in incorporating sound and vibration theory into improving our wellbeing. I write music and guided meditations too.
My clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and beliefs and I work to positively support them from the perspective of their own world view.
I have successfully supported many people to stop smoking and improve diet and lifestyle through traditional hypnotherapy techniques, however my true creativity and expertise comes into play when I use my combined knowledge and skill in supporting you to understand the impact of lower vibrational living and assist you in identifying a lighter way of being.
