These highly effective chakra balance sessions combine several of my specialist therapies into one treatment.
We will do an initial assessment to identify which of your energy centres are highest priority to work on.
You will then lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage couch whereby I will assess your energy centres using crystal therapy tools.
Your relaxing and uplifting treatment will then constitute a guided visualisation followed by application of crystals over the chakras combined with coloured light immersion.
I may recommend further activities to carry out at home to help continue the effect of the session, which may include crystals.
